Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the DreamNeXaa mobile application, website, and related services (the “Platform”). DreamNeXaa connects customers seeking home-related and professional services with vendors and service providers. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Platform. “DreamNeXaa,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Platform operator; “User” means anyone using the Platform; “Vendor” or “Service Provider” means someone offering services through it; and “Customer” or “Service Seeker” means someone looking for or engaging those services.
Eligibility
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information, keep your login credentials confidential, and not create an account with false, misleading, or fraudulent information or impersonate another person, business, or organization. You must comply with applicable laws and regulations. If using the Platform for a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to represent it.
Account Registration and Security
Some Platform features require registration. You may register using your name, email address, phone number, password, or a supported third-party login service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, all activity through your account, maintaining accurate account information, and promptly notifying DreamNeXaa if you believe your account was compromised or used without authorization. DreamNeXaa may suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information.
DreamNeXaa as a Connecting Platform
DreamNeXaa primarily facilitates connections between Customers and Vendors. Unless expressly stated otherwise, DreamNeXaa does not become a party to an agreement, quotation, transaction, contract, or service arrangement between them. Vendors are responsible for their services, products, prices, quotations, timelines, representations, warranties, and commitments. Customers are responsible for independently evaluating Vendors and deciding whether to engage them.
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors must submit accurate, current, and non-misleading information; provide genuine contact details; upload authentic portfolio photographs and project information; and have the rights or permissions needed to display uploaded photographs, videos, designs, trademarks, or other materials. Vendors must clearly communicate prices, quotations, timelines, and service conditions, provide services in accordance with applicable laws, maintain required licenses, registrations, certifications, or permissions, and respond honestly and professionally. DreamNeXaa may request further information or documents for verification.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers may use DreamNeXaa only for legitimate purposes. They must provide accurate information when required, communicate respectfully with Vendors, avoid fraudulent or misleading project requirements, not misuse Vendor contact information, and not use the Platform to harass, threaten, spam, or abuse Vendors or for unlawful activities. Customers must independently confirm a Vendor’s suitability, qualifications, pricing, availability, and terms before engaging their services.
Services and Transactions Between Users
DreamNeXaa may provide tools for Customers and Vendors to discuss potential projects or services. Any agreement between them—including scope of work, price, payment, materials, timelines, cancellation, refunds, warranties, installation, maintenance, and quality of work—is primarily between the Customer and Vendor. Unless expressly stated otherwise, DreamNeXaa does not guarantee the quality, availability, legality, reliability, suitability, or completion of Vendor services. Users should exercise appropriate care and verify information before entering a transaction.
Portfolio, Posts and User-Generated Content
Users may upload photographs, videos, descriptions, reviews, comments, project or business information, and other content (“User Content”). By uploading it, you confirm that you own it or have the necessary rights and permissions; that it does not infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights; and that it is not fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or offensive. You must obtain permissions from people appearing in photographs or videos where required. You retain ownership, but grant DreamNeXaa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and technically modify the content as reasonably needed to operate, maintain, promote, and improve the Platform. You may request removal of content you uploaded, subject to applicable law and legitimate operational or legal requirements.
Prohibited Activities
You must not use DreamNeXaa to commit or promote illegal activities; upload malware, viruses, or harmful code; attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or another account; impersonate someone or create fraudulent accounts; upload stolen or copyright-infringing content or sexually explicit, abusive, hateful, threatening, or otherwise prohibited content; harass, threaten, intimidate, or spam users; send unauthorized promotional messages; collect or misuse personal information; manipulate reviews, ratings, likes, comments, or other engagement; use unauthorized bots, scraping tools, or automated access; distribute misleading advertisements or fraudulent offers; or circumvent Platform security or access restrictions. DreamNeXaa may take appropriate action against violating accounts.
Reviews, Ratings and Feedback
Reviews, ratings, comments, and feedback must represent genuine experiences and must not contain false or misleading claims, personal attacks, threats or harassment, another person’s confidential or private information, copyright-infringing material, or promotional spam. DreamNeXaa may remove or restrict reviews that violate these Terms or applicable law. DreamNeXaa does not guarantee that every review represents the views or experiences of all users.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, DreamNeXaa or its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including its branding, logos, designs, graphics, software, text, features, and other original materials. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit DreamNeXaa’s intellectual property without prior written permission. Third-party trademarks, logos, photographs, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-Party Services and Links
DreamNeXaa may integrate with or link to third-party services, websites, payment providers, social login services, or other platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. DreamNeXaa is not responsible for their availability, content, security, policies, or practices.
Payments
If DreamNeXaa introduces paid services, subscriptions, advertisements, promotional packages, commissions, or other payment-based features, additional payment terms may apply. For transactions directly between a Customer and Vendor, the parties determine the applicable payment terms. Users are responsible for ensuring that their payment information is accurate and authorized.
Data and Privacy
Your use of DreamNeXaa is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and protected. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy. It forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Permissions
Depending on the features you use, DreamNeXaa may request permission to access device features, including the camera, photos and media, location services, and notifications. These permissions support Platform functionality. You can manage them through your device settings, but restricting some permissions may limit Platform features.
Content Moderation and Account Enforcement
DreamNeXaa may monitor, review, restrict, remove, or disable User Content or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms; protect users or the Platform; prevent fraud, abuse, or illegal activity; respond to complaints; comply with applicable law; or protect intellectual property or other legal rights. Depending on the circumstances, DreamNeXaa may issue warnings, remove content, restrict features, temporarily suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts.
Account Suspension and Termination
You may stop using DreamNeXaa at any time and may request account deletion through the account deletion process. DreamNeXaa may suspend or terminate an account if the user violates these Terms; the account is involved in fraudulent or unlawful activity; the user creates a safety or security risk, provides false or misleading information, or abuses or harasses others; or termination is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the Platform. Termination may result in loss of access to account information, content, or Platform features, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Disclaimer
Subject to applicable law, DreamNeXaa provides the Platform on an “as available” and “as is” basis. It does not guarantee that the Platform will always be available or error-free; every Vendor will be available or responsive; Vendor information will always be complete or accurate; a service will meet a Customer’s expectations; a transaction between users will be completed successfully; or User Content is accurate or reliable. Users should independently verify important information before relying on it or entering a transaction.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DreamNeXaa is not responsible for losses or damages arising from transactions or agreements between Customers and Vendors; the quality, performance, delay, cancellation, or failure of Vendor services; inaccurate User information; User Content; unauthorized conduct by other Users; third-party services; or temporary Platform interruptions or technical failures. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DreamNeXaa, its owners, employees, representatives, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, User Content, violation of another person’s rights, transactions or dealings with other Users, or violation of applicable laws or regulations.
Changes to the Platform
DreamNeXaa may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue Platform features. It may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, legal requirements, security practices, or business operations. Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform are subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
